Draft, 1 October 2026. To be reviewed by a lawyer before paid plans are sold.

What we collect

When you ask for a plan: your email address, the species and season of your tag, the unit or hunt code if you give it, and the town you will drive from. If we go ahead with your plan we ask a few more questions by email, such as your dates and how far you will walk.

We do not ask for your date of birth, license number, customer ID, phone number or home address. A town is enough.

What we use it for

To decide whether we can build your plan, to build it, to send it to you, and to ask for your report after the hunt. Nothing else.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details. We do not publish where your plan sends you. We do not share your after-hunt report with other hunters. We quote you only if you say yes, and then by first name and state only.

Who else handles it

Your request is delivered to our inbox by an email service (Resend) and the site is hosted by Vercel. If you arrived from an advertisement, Google records that the ad led to a sign-up; we do not send Google your email address or your answers.

How long we keep it

Until the end of the 2026 seasons and the follow-up, then we delete requests from hunters who did not receive a plan. Ask at any time and we will delete yours.
