A valid hunting or fishing license OR SWA pass is required for everyone 16 or older accessing this state wildlife area.

- A. Open 4 a.m.-one hour after sunset.
- B. Open for public access Sept. 1 through last day of spring turkey season.
- C. During spring turkey season, public access allowed only for licensed turkey hunters with a turkey hunting reservation. Ten reservation slots available per day during spring turkey season. No annual limit on amount of turkey reservations. Turkey hunters with a reservation may hunt entire property. Maximum of 4 hunters allowed per hunting reservation. See "Reservations: Hunting" (page 1) for details.
- D. Discharge of firearms or bows is prohibited, except while hunting.
- E. Horse use and hunting with centerfire rifles is prohibited.
- F. During regular duck seasons, open Sat., Sun., Wed. and state and federal holidays only. Reservations required to hunt waterfowl and small game, limit of 3 per hunter annually. See "Reservations: Hunting" (page 1) for details. Waterfowl and small game hunters can hunt only the area reserved. All reservation hunters must check out at one of the check stations located in each parking lot of the property.
- G. Small game and waterfowl hunting is prohibited on the opening weekend of the regular plains rifle deer season and the opening day and first weekend of the late plains rifle deer season.
In CPW's regulations
- a. Public access is prohibited from one (1) hour after sunset - 4:00 a.m.
- b. Public access is prohibited from the day after the last day of the spring turkey season through August 31.
- c. During the spring turkey season, public access is prohibited except for licensed turkey hunters that have a turkey hunting reservation. A total of ten (10) reservation slots per day will be available for spring turkey hunters during the spring turkey season. Turkey hunters with a reservation may hunt the entire property. There is no annual limit on the number of turkey reservations. Reservations must be made in accordance with #901.A of these regulations. A maximum of four (4) hunters are allowed per turkey hunting reservation slot.
- d. During the regular duck seasons, public access is limited to Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays, and state and federal holidays. Reservations are required to hunt waterfowl and small game, and are limited to three (3) per hunter annually. Waterfowl and small game hunters may only hunt the areas specified on their reservation. Reservations must be made in accordance with #901.A of these regulations.
- e. All reservation hunters must check out at one of the check stations located in each parking lot of the property.
- f. Small game and waterfowl hunting is prohibited on the opening weekend of the regular plains rifle deer season and the opening day and first weekend of the late plains rifle deer season.
- g. Discharge of firearms or bows is prohibited, except while hunting.
- h. Hunting with centerfire rifles is prohibited.
- i. Horse use is prohibited.
