What is Isaac Homestead WMA for?
Isaac Homestead WMA was bought in 1969, 1970 and 1973 along the Yellowstone River west of Hysham. FWP's main goal for it is hunting for white-tailed deer, pheasants and waterfowl; mule deer, sharp-tailed grouse, turkeys and sometimes pronghorn are there too.
