In Colorado's 2026 primary draw, residents could draw 140 pronghorn hunt codes with no preference points: every resident first-choice applicant drew, or the code drew out at 0 points. 43 of them still had licenses left after the draw, 3,036 licenses in all (1,808 of them in 25 codes that are not private-land-only), and nonresidents could draw 95 of them with no points too.
