What it does and does not do

• Dates from the regulations. Colorado big game dates come from the 2026 Colorado Parks and Wildlife Big Game brochure, small game and waterfowl from the 2026-27 CPW brochures, Idaho from Idaho Fish and Game's 2026 big game seasons. The card counts days on the visitor's own calendar, shows "open now" and the days left during a season, and says when a season has closed.
• No cookies and no tracking. The script sets no cookies, stores nothing on the visitor's device and makes no requests after it loads. All the dates are inside the one small file.
• Fits any page. Its styles are sealed off, so your theme cannot break it and it cannot change your page. It follows the visitor's light or dark setting unless you pick one.
• One link back. The card links to the season's dates on FilledTag. Please keep it; it is how the card stays free.

Season dates for every Colorado species: 2nd rifle elk, 3rd rifle elk, all small game seasons and Idaho general elk units.
