Unit 99 covers about 1,653 square miles in Weld, Morgan and Adams counties.

In 2024, an estimated 427 deer hunters hunted Game Management Unit 99 across all seasons and took 204 deer, a success rate of 48%. The statewide rate that year was 43%.

That is 60 fewer hunters than 2023, when success was 33%.
